1. Detailed description of goods and/or services

Work In Style corporate fashion cc is a business that manufactures and supplies clothing .

2. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2-4 normal  Working days and delivery confirmed by way of Waybill number via Email and/or SMS.

If collecting we will contact you to arrange day and time to collect. 

3. Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

4. Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Work In Style is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Work In Style will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.

5. Customer Privacy policy

Work In Style  shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard and Zapper

7. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Work In Style  via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

8. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Work In Style separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

10. Responsibility

Work In Style  takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

11. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Work In Style  chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 6th floor, 86 Blake Rd, Umbilo 4001 

12. Variation

Work In Style  may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase here are the regulations for returns.

You can return a product:

  1. If it has the original packaging , tags and stickers attached
  2. Provided that it is undamaged and unused
  3. It does not have any missing accessories or parts
  4. Provided that you log a return within 14 days of delivery to you.

We will collect the product at no charge at the location of delivery, inspect the product for damages and notify you whether it is eligible for an exchange or refund.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Products damaged on delivery

  1. Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery you are required to notify us in writing within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
  2. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge . Once inspected, we will replace the product free of charge or offer a refund.

Charges

  1. If you return a defective product we are entitled to refuse the return .
  2. If you return a product that does not comply with this policy you may be liable to reimburse Missi Girl for the cost of collecting the product and the cost of having the product returned to you.
